Recurrent plant-pathogen Enterobacterales offer complementary digestive functions in a polyphagous insect pest, Empaosca fabae

This dataset contains the genome assemblies and annotations for four complete metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) recovered from shotgun metagenomic sequencing of field-collected Empoasca fabae (potato leafhopper). The four MAGs correspond to the plant-associated Enterobacterales Enterobacter mori, Kosakonia cowanii, Pantoea agglomerans, and Pantoea ananatis For each MAG, we provide the genome assembly (FASTA) and its corresponding annotations.
