Subcellular Distribution of Small Open Reading Frame-Encoded Peptides in Hep3B Cells

This dataset contains LC-MS/MS raw data generated for the identification of organelle-associated small open reading frame-encoded peptides (SEPs) in human Hep3B cells. Subcellular fractionation was used to enrich different cellular compartments, followed by LC-MS/MS analysis to identify SEPs associated with distinct subcellular fractions.
