Genomic features of fungus associated bacteria

Here we provide the data used in the comparative genomic analysis of fungus-associated bacteria by Gohar et al., 2023. The description of the dataset files is as follows: Dataset 1: Nucleotide FASTA files of 1206 genomes. Dataset 2: FAA-FASTA files of all proteins. Dataset 3: COG/KEGG/Tigrfam/Pfam IMG annotations of all genomes. Dataset 4: RPS blast annotations of all genomes. Dataset 5: CAZyme annotations, and Dataset 6: metadata of all genomes.
