This study brings two folds. First, it explores the impact of stressors on Organization Citizenship Behavior through job satisfaction. Second, the moderating role of Islamic Work Ethics was investigated in a link of job satisfaction and OCB. By using time-lagged data collection technique, data was collected by a simple random sampling technique at two points from 448 employees working in head offices of four cellular services provider companies working in Pakistan. Results revealed the positive relation of challenge and negative relation of hindrance with job satisfaction and OCB. Further, the results supported the indirect effect of stressors on OCB through job satisfaction. Employees with higher on IWE, when paired with Job satisfaction, maintained a higher degree of OCB.
