The MRP Corpus is a British English speech dataset designed for use in mispronunciation detection and diagnosis (MDD), automatic speech recognition (ASR), and phonetic analysis. It contains over 7,000 utterances from 29 native speakers of Modern Received Pronunciation (MRP), a contemporary Southern UK dialect. Each utterance includes word-level and phoneme-level transcripts.
