Additional file 1. Data File S1: SV-expression integrative analysis results from the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE). Provided are the complete set of gene-level correlations between expression and nearby somatic SV breakpoint in the 327 CCLE cell lines with WGS data, according to region examined (e.g., 0–100 kb upstream, 0–100 kb downstream, within the gene body, or 1 Mb upstream or downstream) and the regression model applied (with or without CNA correction). For the 1 Mb region window, relative gene distances of the breakpoints are weighted in the model. A separate tab provides the top genes for any region with FDR
