Ionic migration detection of substances and peak areas in exhaled breath, blood, and urine of coal workers with pneumoconiosis

Select male coal workers' pneumoconiosis patients aged 18 to 80 years old who were admitted to the Beidaihe Rehabilitation Hospital of the Emergency Management Department from June to July 2024 and underwent bronchoalveolar lavage surgery as the case group. Among them, there were 23 cases of coal worker's pneumoconiosis in stage I, 7 cases in stage II, and 5 cases in stage III, a total of 35 cases. The control group consisted of 20 healthy adults aged 18 to 80 years old, with no history of productive dust exposure and no serious illnesses. Collect 55 exhaled breath, urine, and blood samples from the control group and the case group, with the same number of blood, urine, and exhaled breath samples.
