We collected serial sputum samples from MDR-TB patients during antibiotics treatment. 83 serial isolates from 31 MDR-TB patients were collected with a mean interval between the different samples from each patient of 5.80 months. All the isolates were performed both L-J and MGIT culture. All the colonies on the L-J plate were scraped and extracted DNA for whole-genome sequencing. The average sequencing depth was 164X.
