Spatial assessment of neonatal and occupational exposure to extremely low-frequency and radiofrequency electromagnetic fields in a hospital environment
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains raw dosimetric measurement data supporting the findings of the manuscript "Spatial assessment of neonatal and occupational exposure to extremely low-frequency and radiofrequency electromagnetic fields in a hospital environment". The dataset comprises electromagnetic field measurements collected at the Neonatal Department of Intensive Medicine, Comenius University and National Institute of Children's Diseases in Bratislava, Slovakia. Measurements were performed across three functional zones: neonatal intensive care units (NICUs, n = 6 spatial nodes), standard neonatal rooms (n = 12 nodes), and staff utility areas (n = 18 nodes). Measured parameters: Extremely low-frequency (LF) magnetic induction (20 Hz – 50 kHz, μT) LF electric field intensity (V/m) Radiofrequency (RF) power density (800 MHz – 2.5 GHz, μW/m²) Instrumentation: Narda SRM-3006 (RF), Narda EHP-50F (LF) Additionally, distance-attenuation profiles of LF magnetic fields were measured on 11 neonatal incubators (Braun, n = 6; Baxter, n = 5) at defined distances of 0 m (surface), 0.30 m, and 1.00 m. All measurements were performed under standard clinical operational conditions. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel 2025.
