The dataset contains the tracking data used in the paper: Loop extrusion creates rare, long-lived encounters underlying enhancer-promoter communication. Each file represent all tracks from one cell-line. The dataframes are composed as follow: frame: the frame index (except for the 1b2, control cell line case) dx_corrected: the displacement in the x direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dy_corrected: the displacement in the y direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dz_corrected: the displacement in the z direction corrected for chromatic aberration in um dx,dy,dz: the displacements in the x,y and z direction not corrected for chromatic aberration in um dates: the dates at which the data was collected depletion: the depletion condition either wt or dtag (untreated or treated) unique_id: unique identifier for the track (except for the 1b2, control cell line case) cell_type: the cell line name
