Differential expression of exosomal miRNA in follicular fluid of patients with different ovarian responses

To analyze the correlation between exosomal mirnas in follicular fluid of human mature oocytes and ovarian responsiveness. Thirty patients with ICSI were divided into three groups according to the different ovarian response in the controlled ovarian stimulation cycle: 10 patients with poor ovarian response (Por) , 10 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and 10 patients with normal ovarian response (NC) . We analyzed the expression of three groups of follicular fluid exosomal mirnas, compared differentially expressed exosomal mirnas, and explored the correlation of specific mirnas with ovarian responses.
