In this study, we showed Drosophila Dilp8 is secreted from tumor tissue and caused anorexia through Lgr3 receptor in the brain. To find the feeding neuropeptides regulated by Dilp8, RNA-sequencing analysis was processed using yki-induced tumor tissue. 2 samples each for GMR-Gal4 control head tissue and GMR>ykiSA tumor head tissue
