Risk Factors Of Postpartum Depression: A Study At 4-Weeks Postnatal

The study aims to identify possible risk factors of developing postpartum depression of mothers 4 weeks postpartum, this study is a descriptive self-administered study conducted on mothers at 4 week postnatal visits to OB-GYN clinic. Patients were excluded if they were currently using anti-depressants and/or were not at their 4-week post-natal visit. The 10-question Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) was used as a screening tool for PPD. Analyses were performed to determine whether smoking, breastfeeding status, marital status, mode of delivery, number of births, income, working status, having chronic diseases, history of psychiatric diseases, previous diagnosis of postpartum depression, gestational age, other variables which identified risk cases.this data set includes the spreadsheet including all the data collected from participants and the analysis obtained from those data

本研究旨在识别产妇产后4周发生产后抑郁症（Postpartum Depression, PPD）的潜在危险因素。本研究为描述性自填式研究，研究对象为前来妇产科（Obstetrics and Gynecology, OB-GYN）门诊接受产后4周随访的产妇。排除标准为当前正在使用抗抑郁药物者，以及未完成产后4周随访者。本研究采用10条目爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, EPDS）作为产后抑郁症的筛查工具。通过分析明确吸烟行为、母乳喂养状态、婚姻状况、分娩方式、产次、家庭收入、就业状态、慢性病史、精神疾病史、既往产后抑郁症诊断史、胎龄及其他已识别的风险相关变量与产后抑郁症的相关性。本数据集包含收集自所有参与者的全部数据电子表格，以及基于该批数据得到的分析结果。
