Apatite fission-track age data were obtained using the LA-ICPMS-based Zeta-value correction method. Fission-track-related parameters were measured under a Zeiss Axio Imager M2m microscope. The 238U/43Ca ratio was determined using an S-155 193 nm laser ablation system coupled with an Agilent 7700x ICP-MS. The dataset was compiled from published literature, processed via the Zeta-value correction method, and curated for research on uplift and exhumation processes in South China. It includes sample lithology, geographic coordinates, apatite U-Th/He parameters and age data from South China.
