ODS2 - Dataset of smear microscopy images labelled to evaluate algorithms for bacilli detectionThis dataset is composed of 4,920 extended depth focus (EDF) images.The EDF images resulted from the fusion of the stacks of DF images from the ODS1 dataset. It used the stacks of images from the slides 01 to 15.EDF images are 24 bits (true color images) and the dimension are 1388 × 1040 pixelsFor all 4,920 EDF images another image with the bacilli labelled was generated.ODS2 was generated to enable the training, validating, and testing of algorithms for bacilli detection.The folders are individually stored as tar.gz archives, for a total size of 16 GB.
