Integrating Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Mining: A Systematic Literature Review and Framework for Future Research

This dataset accompanies the systematic literature review titled “Integrating Process Mining, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Mining: A Systematic Literature Review and Framework for Future Research.” It contains a curated collection of peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers (2015–2025) that examine the integration of RPA, process mining, and data mining. The dataset includes: Bibliographic details of each selected paper (title, authors, year, source). Evaluations based on Intrinsic Information Quality (publication credibility, ranking, peer-review rigor) and Contextual Information Quality (relevance to research questions, coverage of technology intersections, industry applications, impact, challenges, gaps, and proposed frameworks). Scores and categorizations (High, Medium, Low) used to determine inclusion in the SLR. Structured data extraction fields for answering SLR research questions. This dataset is intended to support reproducibility, validation, and further research in the fields of process mining, RPA, and data mining. Researchers can use it to explore trends, perform meta-analyses, or extend the systematic review methodology to other technology intersections or domains.
