Purpose: The aim is to identify the downstream target genes of AtDREB1a under cold stress in rice and reveal the potential mechanism of cold tolerance Overall design: The transcriptomic analysis was performed on the Cre-lox mediated multigene stacked rice lines expressing RD29A:AtDREB1a in Taipei-309 background (Pathak and Srivastava, 2020). The analysis was performed on the cold-stressed as well as room-temperature RD29A:AtDREB1a lines against the Cre-lox founder line, T5 (Srivastava and Ow, 2002) at cold-stress and room-temperature. The Cre-lox founder line (T5) is referred to as wild-type (WT) in this experiment.
