Figure 3 - Plasma hormones and hypothalamic gene expression

Data here was used to generate Figure 3 in the manuscript titled "Antibiotic treatment inhibits paclitaxel chemotherapy-induced activity deficits in female mice" under review by PLOS One August 2022. Plasma levels of ghrelin and leptin were measured at 2 time points using an MSD multiplex assay. Hypothalamic gene expression is presented as 2^(-dCT) normalized to the geometric mean of <em>Gapdh </em>and<em> Hprt. </em>Gene probes were purchased from ThermoFisher and probe # are available in the manuscript.
