Parties Act — Legal transactions between audit objects and investee companies for 2016

In accordance with the 2012 Law on Parties, the Court of Auditors must require the entities under its control to notify it of the total amount of transactions concluded with individual investees of political or electoral parties. Investees are undertakings in which the party and/or an organisation related to it and/or a division of the party having its own legal personality hold at least 5 % direct shares or 10 % indirect or voting rights. Here you will find the results of the 2016 accountability year survey in the following files: (1) notifications of legal transactions, (2) list of empty declarations, (3) list of non-declarants, (4) list of investee undertakings根据《2012年政党法》（2012 Law on Parties），审计院（Court of Auditors）须要求其所管辖的实体，向其通报与政党或竞选政党的个别被投资企业（investees）之间已达成的交易总金额。 被投资企业指政党、政党关联组织，以及该政党具备独立法人资格的分支机构，直接持有其至少5%的股份，或间接持有其至少10%股份或表决权的经营实体。 本次2016年度问责年度调查的结果收录于以下文件：(1) 法定交易申报清单；(2) 空申报清单；(3) 未申报主体清单；(4) 被投资经营实体清单。
