Selective effect of HSP90 inhibitors was calculated as a difference in cell death between parental 32D cells and 32D-FLT3 mutant cells. Increased levels in cell death of 32D-FLT3 mutant cells when compared to parental 32D cells were shown.**FLT3-ITD-F691I and FLT3-ITD-G697R were more sensitive to alvespimycin treatment at 0.5 µM concentration (42.9% and 39.5% increase for F691I and G697R respectively).
