3Dresyns Additive Manufacturing Instructions for Use (IFU) Corpus

The 3Dresyns Additive Manufacturing Instructions for Use (IFU) Corpus is a versioned collection of 38 public Instructions for Use documents covering additive-manufacturing workflows, printer-specific guidance, calibration, curing, post-processing and specialized processing routes across the 3Dresyns material platform. The corpus preserves each IFU as a controlled PDF together with document identity, source URL, document reference, version, page count and cryptographic checksum information. The release contains 38 validated IFU documents comprising 179 pages in total. The collection includes general and printer-specific instructions as well as workflows for vat photopolymerization, Form4, VAM, two-photon polymerization, direct sintering, lithography-based manufacturing, cold fusion, feedstock slurries, investment casting, nano/microfabrication, aligners, water-soluble sacrificial materials, colored prints, ultra-gloss systems, putties, gels, sealants and other application-specific processes. This release is intended to provide a reproducible technical snapshot of the public 3Dresyns IFU documentation available in August 2026. The IFU corpus is separate from the 3Dresyns Additive Manufacturing Materials Property Dataset, which structures material properties derived from Technical Data Sheets. Final suitability, processing conditions and application-specific validation remain dependent on the applicable product documentation, equipment and validated workflow.
