Bulk RNA-seq analysis of ATF3 kncokdown on HRMECs

To investigate the role of ATF3 in vascular endothelial cells, gene expression profiling analysis was performed using RNA-seq data from human retinal microvascular endothelial cells (HRMECs) transfected with ATF3 siRNA. HRMECs were treated with negative control or ATF3 siRNA for 24 hours and comparative gene expression profiling analysis was performed using RNA-seq data.
