Source data and code for "Live-Cell Silicon-Coumarin Nanoscopy Quantifies Stress-Associated Mitochondrial Crista Phenotypes in Fungi"
收藏资源简介:
Study-specific source data and analysis code supporting the manuscript Live-Cell Silicon-Coumarin Nanoscopy Quantifies Stress-Associated Mitochondrial Crista Phenotypes in Fungi. The package brings together figure-indexed photophysical and photochemical measurements, chemical characterization, quantum-chemical calculations, membrane-simulation records, microscopy reconstructions, processed image pairs, line-profile measurements, and experiment-resolved dynamic-event counts and analyses. Package organization. Archive 00 contains the README, figure indexes, file manifests and current-publication source-entry tables. Archives 01–05 contain chemistry/photophysics/calculation records, probe benchmarks and molecular dynamics, fluconazole morphometry, rotenone morphometry, and dynamic-event analyses, respectively. Archive 06 contains study-specific code, model weights and reproduction data. Archives 07–09 contain image-validation and bead-calibration records, antimycin A and other fungal assays, and additional matched Wiener/legacy-processed image pairs. Extract the data archives into a common parent directory and begin with the current figure/source-entry table in archive 00. Model release. The retrained residual U-Net release includes the selected v5 Epoch-4 checkpoint, scripts, processed arrays and dataset manifests. The experiment-separated split comprises 2,865 training image pairs, 465 validation pairs, and 46 complete-image test frames from 22 acquisitions in one independent test experiment. Historical processed figure images and the v5 evaluation release are distinguished in the source records. Sparse-derived training labels are computational reference images. Scope. Native raw SIM phase exposures are not included. Figure S9 is provided only as the final SiC-mito1 figure; its underlying numerical and raw assay data are not included in this archive. Processing stages, endpoint definitions and source-column mappings are documented in the indexes. Third-party software components retain their supplied license notices.
