Upper respiratory tract Microbiota is associated with small airway function and asthma severity

Characteristics of airway microbiota might influence asthma status or asthma phenotype. Our goal was to identify airway microbiome and to investigate the role that microbiome played in asthma phenotypes development or small airway function.
