DS.01.09 Teff pan-cistrome

Dataset DS01.09 Teff pan-cistrome This dataset contains MOA footprints (MOA_footprints.zip) and mRNA-seq transcriptomic (mRNA_countMatrix.zip) data for all 11 teff F1 hybrids analyzed under well watering (WW) and drought stress (DS) conditions. There are 3 biological replicates for all F1 hybrids and for each of the two conditions. The methods used to produce these data are described in the Eragrostis tef deliverable D1.4.
