Chromosome-level assembly of an Alopecurus myosuroides individual from the German herbicide-sensitive population DE01087 using PacBio sequencing. Alomy_genome

In this study, we sequenced and assembled an Alopecurus myosuroides individual from the German herbicide-sensitive population DE01087 (Appels Wilde Samen GmbH, Darmstadt) using PacBio Continuos Long Reads (CLRs). The chromosome-level assembly is provided as scaffolds generated with Hi-C data together with unplaced scaffolds smaller than 1 Mb. We also release raw-data such as 90x genome coverage of PacBio continuous long reads, 44x genome coverage of Illumina PCR-free short reads, 66x genome coverage of Hi-C chromatin contact data, as well as Illumina RNA-seq and PacBio Iso-Seq long transcripts from five different tissues (i.e., leaves, roots, flowers, anthers and pollen) used for annotation of protein-coding genes.
