Analysis description: Each restriction site was scored as either methylated (1) or unmethylated (0) for individuals, creating an epigenotype per individual (Schrey et al. 2012).
Data description: Columns A is an unique identifier for each individual.
Columns B-CW indicate the presence (1) or absence (0) of methylation. See Schrey et al. (2012) for additional information.
Research article relationship: Epigenotypes were created for differential methylation analyses. Data referenced in Tables 1 and 2, as well as Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
