This dataset, provided as a single Excel file (.xlsx) containing six separate sheets, includes the research data from the study "Objectifying the assessment of caesarean section scars: correlation between myotonometry and subjective clinical assessment," which involved 24 adult women evaluated 6–7 weeks after their first caesarean section. The first sheet, "Pinch test & POSAS," contains subjective scores from the Patient Scale (items PSP-1 to PSP-7) and Observer Scale (items OSP-1 to OSP-7) of the Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS 2.0), as well as localized clinical pinch test results for the left (S1), central (S2), and right (S3) scar regions. The following five sheets provide objective myotonometric parameters recorded with the MyotonPRO device: frequency (F-MYO) representing tissue tension, stiffness (S-MYO) representing resistance, logarithmic decrement (D-MYO) reflecting elasticity, relaxation time (RT-MYO), and creep (C-MYO). Measurements were obtained using a standard cylindrical probe directly on the scar (points S1–S3) and an L-shaped probe for multidirectional assessment—covering leftward, rightward, upward, and downward directions—at points 1 cm above (A1–A3) and below (B1–B3) the scar.
