TOOL AND TOOL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to attach a member different from a tip tool to a tool and detach the member from the tool， in making the tool hold the tip tool. SOLUTION: A tool 1 comprises a holding part 9 that can hold a tip tool 3 and a reciprocating rotation mechanism 6. The reciprocating rotation mechanism 6 makes the holding part 9 reciprocatingly rotate. The holding part 9 comprises a holding surface 911， a fixing part 922 and an elastic mechanism 920. In a holding state where the holding part 9 is holding the tip tool 3， the tip tool 3 is overlapped on the holding surface 911， and the fixing part 922 gets stuck with an attachment part 35， one portion of the tip tool 3. In the holding state， the elastic mechanism 920 applies elastic force to the fixing part 922 and the fixing part 922 applies force derived from the elastic force to the attachment part 35， toward the holding surface 911.
