本数据集面向磷酸锰转化涂层齿轮的表面形貌、疲劳寿命等特征进行研究。摩擦因数测量采用德国Optimol Instrument公司制造的摩擦磨损试验机(SRV-5)。轮廓度采用东京精密表面轮廓度测量仪(SURFCOM NEX 030SD-12)进行测量。能谱图采用能谱分析仪(Energy Dispersive Spectrometer,EDS)测量。齿轮疲劳寿命试验采用两电机动力循环试验台(CN-GZ-132)开展试验。最终得到磷酸锰转化涂层处理后试样的疲劳寿命、表面粗糙度、轮廓线变化以及元素组成。

This dataset is dedicated to research on characteristics including surface morphology and fatigue life of manganese phosphate conversion coated gears. The friction coefficient was measured with a SRV-5 friction and wear tester manufactured by Optimol Instrument Company of Germany. Profile measurements were performed using a SURFCOM NEX 030SD-12 surface profile measuring instrument from Tokyo Seimitsu. Energy spectrum images were collected via an Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS). Gear fatigue life tests were conducted on a dual-motor power cycle test bench (CN-GZ-132). Finally, the fatigue life, surface roughness, profile variation and elemental composition of specimens treated with manganese phosphate conversion coating are obtained.
