To trace the mechanisms by which Bangle extract and cis-Banglene (c-Banglen) promote neurogenesis of hfNSCs, we performed genome-wide gene expression profiling by microarray analysis in control hfNSCs and these extracts treated cells. Overall design: Treatment of Bangle extract and cis-Banglene for 2 days during neuronal differentiation of hfNSCs.
