Urinary protein concentrations in selected PROVALID patients receiving NSAIDs

Urinary protein concentrations in selected PROVALID patients receiving NSAIDs. The Prospective Cohort Study in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus for Validation of Biomarkers (PROVALID) study prospectively collected annual clinical information and bio-samples from persons with type 2 diabetes in five different European countries over a period of up to six years. The DC-ren project selected 480 patients from this cohort for in-depth molecular characterization including longitudinal measurements of blood and urinary biomarker candidates as well as a broad set of urinary peptides. The here described data set comprises urinary marker concentrations measured by Mesoscale as well as selected clinical routine lab measurements determined in whole blood. Data from a total 1591 study visits are available.
