The dataset explores factors impacting employee turnover intention (TOI) at an Indonesian private university. It includes a variety of demographic and work-related factors if employees related to TOI. The variables gathered in the dataset includes employees' age, gender, work tenure, education level, and job position. In addition, the dataset deals with average working hours of employees ' each week with their monthly expenditure disclosed. The dataset further analyzes job related factors covering job satisfaction with workload, compensation, peer relationship or kinship, career opportunities, and overall job satisfaction. Other significant work or job related factors include employees' assessment of their work-life balance, meaningful work , and family support level. It also looks into job related issues of mental wellness and anxiety level of employees.
