Data and analysis files for a cross-sectional study of ophthalmology-related public GitHub repositories

Repository-level screening data, supplementary manual-review results, source-data tables, analysis scripts and publication figures supporting a cross-sectional assessment of reporting completeness and reuse readiness among ophthalmology-related public GitHub repositories. The archive includes the locked primary dataset, supplementary manually verified repository sets, PubMed-linked screening results, machine-readable tables, source data for Figures 1–5, analysis scripts, screening instructions and publication figures. No private repositories, patient-level data or direct interactions with repository owners are included. GRRS-O is a study-specific index of publicly visible repository reporting. It is not a validated measure of software correctness, model performance, security, regulatory readiness or clinical validity.
