Aging leads to altered gene profiles in spinal cord tissue after SCI

we employed transcriptome sequencing to analyze the differential gene expression profiles between young and aged mice during both acute and chronic phases following SCI. The analysis demonstrated that the enriched pathways of DEGs in both young and aged groups were highly similar, with a predominant focus on immune response-related pathways.
