1. Dataset Overview This dataset contains ground truth samples and high-resolution multispectral imagery acquired via an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) for the purpose of monitoring and identifying crop diseases (specifically, ground disease spots). Data collection took place from October 15 to 17, 2023, across agricultural fields in three counties of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China: Fenghua District, Zhenhai District, and Yinzhou District. The dataset is structured to support research in precision agriculture, remote sensing, and plant pathology, enabling the development of machine learning or spectral analysis models for disease detection. 2. Data Acquisition Details-UAV.zip UAV Platform: DJI P4 Multispectral (DJI Company, Shenzhen, China). Sensor: Integrated 5-band multispectral camera. Spectral Bands: Blue (B): Center wavelength 450 nm Green (G): Center wavelength 560 nm Red (R): Center wavelength 650 nm Red Edge (RE): Center wavelength 730 nm Near-Infrared (NIR): Center wavelength 840 nm Pre-Flight Calibration: Radiometric calibration was performed before each flight using a standard reflectance calibration panel (with 56%, 34%, and 12% reflectance panels). Ambient light interference was compensated for by the integrated sunlight sensor on the UAV. Data Processing Software: DJI Terra (Version 3.7.6) was used to generate the final orthomosaics. The outputs are georeferenced, geometrically corrected, and radiometrically calibrated reflectance maps, representing surface reflectance values.
