Lance trial publication

This dataset includes patient data from the LANCE study to facilitate reproducibility and data reuse. The data encompasses patient outcomes in terms of overall survival and progression-free survival, as well as detailed information on gender, age, time to treatment, Performance Status, and immunohistochemical positivity for TP53, RB1, and Ki67%. Additionally, it includes data on each patient's treatment regimen. Also included are plasma levels of miR375 before and after treatment. Furthermore, the dataset contains the R codes used for data analysis and findings of the study.
