IL-7-stimulated, STAT5-dependent transcriptional network analysis in T-ALL

Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is essential for normal T-cell development, but it can also accelerate T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) development in vivo by promoting leukemia cell survival and proliferation. We investigated the role of STAT5 in mediating IL-7 T-ALL-promoting effects. To gain insight into the STAT5-dependent transcriptional events associated with IL-7 stimulation in T-ALL cells, we performed STAT5 ChIP-seq and RNA-seq in the presence or absence of IL-7 with TAIL7 cells.
