Measuring the Benefits of Education, Training and Employment for Inuit in the North Baffin Region (NGMP ID SE17)

The purpose of this study was to longitudinally measure (through qualitative interviews) the benefits of education, training and employment provisions for Inuit in the community of Pond Inlet in the north Baffin region, relating to a nearby mining development, Mary River Project, as per the Inuit Impact Benefit Agreements signed between Inuit of the Baffin region and the mine.
