Analysis code and aggregate results for the external transport tests in the article "Guide RNA abundance is a state-dependent, noisy proxy for perturbation dose in single-cell CRISPR screens", submitted to PLOS Computational Biology. Contains Python scripts for the Replogle et al. 2022 RPE1, Adamson et al. 2016 10X010, Jost et al. 2020 titration reference and STING-seq v2 analyses, frozen analysis plans, run logs, aggregate outputs, and the four submitted figures. Raw data are not included; download them from the sources listed in the README. Code is MIT licensed; other material is CC BY 4.0.
