To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanomaterial exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages exposed for 4 h to 1.2 cm²/cm² of NH2-functionalized carbon nanotubes (NRCWE049).
