This is a minimal dataset to benchmark and test sequential DNA-FISH analysis methods.<br> Images have been reduced in size from 2048x2048x60 to 512x512x60 Only images for DAPI and two barcodes are provided in TIF format. In addition, we provide a model JSON parameter dictionary to be used with pyHiM. This reduced image dataset can be used to project, register and segment nuclei and barcodes. A localization table from a full field of view with 17 barcodes is provided to be able to proceed with trace and matrix construction. For more information, see our tutorial here.
