依据本数据，及时在轿厢内提醒乘客安全乘梯，设备抓图便于在发生突发状况时，快速了解现场状况，定位电梯及乘客所在位置，对居民安全起到实际保障作用；定期对美团外卖员乘梯情况进行分析，方便物业进行日常监管；根据数据分析结果，可以为外卖平台提供更加精准的市场洞察和服务优化建议，调整配送策略、优化配送网络、提升服务质量等。
1.通过基于传感器的实时电梯门开关状态检测算法检出处于运行状态的电梯； 2.开启电梯内摄像头抓图服务(抓图频率1FPS),并将图片上传到华为云obs。云端算法服务器从华为云obs拉取到图片后，通过基于深度学习神经网络训练的目标检测算法进行图片检测，输出图片相关属性；3.输出的图片属性包含：目标类型category、目标坐标框box、目标结果置信度score、目标匹配groupid；4.对输出的目标类型进行识别，若目标类型category=22，表示目标结果为美团外卖员，系统会向平台发送美团外卖员入梯告警，告警时间为时间戳，更加精准。

This dataset enables timely safety reminders for passengers riding elevators inside the elevator car to promote safe elevator use. The device's image capture functionality facilitates rapid assessment of on-site conditions and accurate localization of elevators and passengers during emergencies, effectively ensuring the safety of residents. Regular analysis of the elevator-taking behaviors of Meituan delivery riders enables property management teams to carry out daily supervision more conveniently. Furthermore, the results of data analysis can provide more precise market insights and service optimization suggestions for food delivery platforms, such as adjusting delivery strategies, optimizing delivery networks, and enhancing service quality.

The specific technical implementation steps are as follows:
1. Detect operating elevators using a real-time elevator door switch state detection algorithm based on built-in sensors;
2. Enable the in-elevator camera image capture service with a capture frequency of 1 FPS, and upload the captured images to Huawei Cloud Object Storage Service (OBS). After the cloud algorithm server retrieves the images from Huawei Cloud OBS, it performs image detection via an object detection algorithm trained on deep learning neural networks, and outputs relevant attributes of the images;
3. The output image attributes include target type (category), target bounding box (box), target confidence score (score), and target matching group ID (groupid);
4. Identify the output target types: if the target type category equals 22, the target is confirmed to be a Meituan delivery rider, and the system will send an alert to the platform indicating that the rider has entered the elevator, with the alert time recorded as a timestamp to achieve higher accuracy.
