MCF-7 (Estrogen receptor positive breast cancer) cells were treated with p300 KAT inhibitor A-485 and genome wide H3K27ac deposition was measured by ChIP-seq. MCF-7 cells were treated with A-485 (3 µM) for 24 hours. Chromatin was extracted, sonicated, and histones enriched with H3K27ac were immunoprecipitated. Purified DNA was used for library construction and ChIP-sequencing.
