资源简介:
The study was divided into three groups: the normal control group (NC), the alcohol-induced gastric ulcer group (AGU), and the Cangzhu high-dose group (CZH). Rats in the CZH group received an intragastric administration of Cangzhu extract at a dose of 4 g/kg/day, while those in the NC and AGU groups received an equivalent volume of distilled water. On the 12th day of administration, all rats were fasted for at least 36 hours. On the 14th day, the final intragastric administration was performed. One hour later, except for the NC group, rats in all other groups were given ethanol absolute intragastrically at a dose of 10 mL/kg to induce the alcohol-induced gastric ulcer model. One hour after ethanol administration, the rats were euthanized, and gastric tissues were collected for RNA-seq analysis.
