Numbers represent log10 FMDV genome copy numbers (GCN)/mg of tissue or GCN/μl serum. Bold numbers indicate that samples were positive for both FMDV RNA (qRT-PCR) and virus isolation, (+) indicates that virus isolation was positive but FMDV RNA content was below the limit of detection, (-) indicates double negative samples.
