Dataset for the journal paper "If I wasn't a Project Manager, I'd look at it differently" The impact of formality and accountability on entrepreneurial action within educational outreach programmes" available through the Journal of Education and Work (https://doi.org/10.1080/13639080.2022.2036712).
The dataset is made of six qualitative interviews conducted in October 2018 with members of a school engagement team operating the local NCOP outreach programme. The interviews include two project leads, and 4 activity coordinators charged with running of the programme. The team is from one university within a consortium of three HE Institutions, in line with the NCOP program design.
A dataset of activity attendance is also included which shows the level of attendance from both total and targeted students. 189 activities are detailed with four specified activities targeted at parents. The number of attendees at these event refers to the number students who had parental representation
