Dataset describing the variable importance assigned to each variable used for classifier assessment for the examined isoform pairs.The first columns contain meta data and specifies whether the classifier detected the isoforms as differet (significant).The remaining columns contain the importance metrics for each feature for each isoform pair (contribution_proportion, contribution_ration, ratio x contribution_prop, and whether the feature was found to be isoform distinguishing 'distinguishing_feature').
