This clinical sample was sequenced from an induced sputum and incubated in a Mycobacteria growth indicator tube (MGIT) tube to specifically enriched for MTB. The sequenced sample contained Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Branchiibius sp. by 16s match. DNA was isolated directly from the MGIT tubes, and sequenced on a MiSEQ. A de novo assembly was performed directly from the raw reads and the contigs were binned based on sequence alignments against other TB genomes and blast searches. The total number of contigs recovered (>= 500bp) belonging to Branchiibius was 50 contigs with a N50 of 250,112 and a total length of 3.84Mb
