The goal is to assess the impact of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) and Aspergillus-derived enzyme supplementations on ICR mouse gut microbiota composition. Mice were fed a high fat diet mixed with FOS or Aspergillus-derived enzymes for four weeks. At the end of the feeding period, cecal content was collected to analyze microbiota changes.
